  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Diced.
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Spinach or arugula can be substitutes.

Preparation
  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary. Ensure beef is fully cooked.
  3. Add chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and tomato sauce. Stir to coat the meat well.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Slice ripe avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out a bit of flesh if needed.
  6. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each avocado half.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and add a dollop of sour cream.
  9. Serve immediately for the best experience.
