  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Rolls Any soft dinner roll can be used.
  • 1 cup Prepared Stuffing Mix Homemade stuffing or cornbread stuffing can work as well.
  • 1 pound Carved Style Deli Turkey or Leftover Turkey Chicken can be used if turkey is unavailable.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade cranberry sauce can enhance flavor.
  • 1.5 teaspoons Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used for a milder taste.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter (melted) Olive oil can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Omit for dietary restrictions.
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Dried Onion Freshly minced onions can be used for a fresher taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds Omission is fine if not preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Spread the prepared stuffing mix evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Layer the carved style deli turkey or leftover turkey evenly on top of the stuffing.
  5. Mix the cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and then spread over the turkey layer.
  6. Cap the sliders with the top halves of the rolls and press down gently.
  7. Combine melted butter, remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and poppy seeds, then drizzle over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and crisp.
  9. Allow the sliders to cool for a few minutes before cutting them into individual servings.
