  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder Vegan or whey based
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Swap with oat or coconut milk if desired
  • 1-2 teaspoons Pure maple syrup Or use honey/agave syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract Omit if preferred
For Serving
  • 1 handful Ice cubes Frozen coffee cubes are great
  • 1 pinch Optional cinnamon Nutmeg works as an alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and chill it in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the chilled coffee, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep your drink cold.
  4. Pour the blended mixture over the ice, garnishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle of maple syrup.
