Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and ¼ cup of shredded coconut. Stir the ingredients together using a spoon until they are evenly mixed.
Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of coconut milk, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 cup of diced mango until smooth and creamy.
Combine and Refrigerate
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is thoroughly combined. Divide the mixture into individual containers, seal them tightly, and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve and Garnish
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of coconut milk to loosen the consistency if needed. Top with extra mango, shredded coconut, or nuts before serving.
