- Start by brewing 1-2 shots of espresso or a strong coffee, then allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the raspberry puree by blending fresh or thawed frozen raspberries until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a tall glass, layer the chilled raspberry puree and swirl in vanilla syrup. Stir gently.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes, then pour in your choice of milk, stirring gently.
- Slowly pour the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to create layers.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
