Method
 

Directions
  1. Start by brewing 1-2 shots of espresso or a strong coffee, then allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the raspberry puree by blending fresh or thawed frozen raspberries until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a tall glass, layer the chilled raspberry puree and swirl in vanilla syrup. Stir gently.
  4. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes, then pour in your choice of milk, stirring gently.
  5. Slowly pour the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to create layers.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
