Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the bacon into ¼-inch pieces and cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for about 7 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Wash the purple cauliflower and broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine purple cauliflower, broccoli, golden raisins, pistachios, and green onions. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
