For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Omit for a simpler version
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
