  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika as alternative
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin Coriander as alternative
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly cracked preferred
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Finely chopped, cilantro optional
For Grilling
  • 4 pieces Skewers Soaked in water if wooden

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the shrimp in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  6. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  7. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and charred.
  8. Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
