Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the lemon yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw base in the first bowl, using a spatula to fold the mixture gently.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
