Preparation Steps
- Start by patting the feta cheese dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili flakes, oregano, thyme, and chopped parsley. Season with black pepper.
- Coat the feta blocks in the marinade and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness and preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Slice the pastry into strips roughly 3 inches wide.
