Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Gather mixing bowls and a greased cake pan.
  2. Combine the biscuit flour, sugar, baking powder, and poppy seeds in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Pour into the greased cake pan.
  3. Slice peaches evenly and distribute them on top of the batter.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the quark with vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spoon the quark mixture over the peaches in the cake pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
