For the Bombs
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to dietary needs.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Can substitute with soy sauce or soy sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter For brushing.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick and place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly, placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
