Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick and place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly, placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
