  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or Gouda or Monterey Jack for different flavor
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste elevates the savory foundation
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta by boiling salted water, adding pasta and cooking for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Crisp the Bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  3. Sauté Aromatics using reserved bacon fat, cooking onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Brown Ground Beef in the skillet, breaking apart and cooking for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Enhance Flavor by stirring tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Simmer with Broth by pouring in beef broth and letting it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Create Creamy Sauce by gradually stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth.
  8. Add Cheddar Cheese, mixing until fully melted and the sauce is rich and velvety.
  9. Season Sauce with salt and pepper, and optional red pepper flakes for heat.
  10. Combine Pasta and Bacon by folding the pasta into the sauce, adding crispy bacon back in.
  11. Serve and Garnish warm with parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
