  1. Crush the black peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or rolling pin until coarse.
  2. Whisk together oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the cubed beef in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  5. Cook the marinated beef in a single layer for 3-4 minutes without stirring, then turn for another 3-4 minutes.
