Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare chicken by cutting into 1-inch pieces. Whisk together eggs, soy sauce, and cooking wine or broth. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat chicken in corn starch using a ziplock bag, ensuring even coverage.
  3. Fry the coated chicken in heated oil for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
  4. In the same pan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, honey, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  5. Mix corn starch with cold broth or water until dissolved. Stir into boiling sauce to thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return crispy chicken to the pan and toss gently in the sauce until coated.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
