  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Mild sauce can be used to tone down heat
For the Pizza Base
  • 2 pieces Flatbreads Recommended: Stonefire or any pre-made flatbread
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with cheese blend or cheddar
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Green Onions Substitute with chives if unavailable
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese/Ranch Dressing Vegan or dairy-free options can be used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken breast with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the seasoned chicken for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Drizzle buffalo sauce into the skillet with the cooked chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Place flatbreads on a lined baking sheet and brush with remaining buffalo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the flatbreads, then distribute the buffalo chicken mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with green onions, slice, and serve warm.
