  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil vegetable oil can be used instead
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger fresh ginger is a good substitute
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic freshly minced is preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar white vinegar can be used if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
Optional Toppings
  • to taste Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • to taste Fresh Cilantro or Green Onions parsley can also be used
  • to taste Chili Crisp or Chili Oil adjust according to heat preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, mix together Thai Red Curry Sauce, coconut milk, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, rice vinegar, and honey.
  3. Add the frozen potstickers to the sauce, ensuring they're well-coated.
  4. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce bubbles and thickens.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onions and serve immediately.
